I started this group to meet people who are interested in pursuing the kind of healthy, purposeful, mindful lifestyle that gets me so excited.
So far the focus has been going out for healthy meals together and doing some cooking/exercising/mindfulness type stuff together.
And in 2015 I started to shift the focus to broader social activities, because for me, it's not that I want to do only health-related stuff, but more that I like to spend time with like-minded people. So if you're a kind & optimistic, holistic-thinking kind of person, I hope you'll come out to say hi!
Oh, and with that, we now have over 2000 members in this group! And sometimes I don't get around to running an event for a month or two (or six), so if you'd like to set up an event, send me a message - I'd love to have some other people involved in running things around here.
The group is aimed mainly at people in their 20s and 30s, but any age is welcome.
