This group is morphing. We are starting a Shrink-A-Thon (go to www.healthylife.shrinkathon.com) for details. You can join the group and collect pledges per pound for the Children's Hunger Fund (www.chfus.org) or you can simply join the group and lose weight and learn how to develop a healthier lifestyle without collecting pledges if that is your choice. I will also accept people who simply want to attend to learn about healthier ways of eating and hopefully pay it forward to your little ones by preparing healthier meals and snacks. You can attend, learn, and if you choose, make a tax deductible donation to the Children's Hunger Fund.
Two introductory dinners are planned. The first is Tues., Sept 29 at 6:00 pm and the other is on Sunday October 4 at 6 pm at my home in N. Durham. If you would like to attend one of these dinners, please contact me to reserve your spot. Space is limited. Call Nancy for details at 919-428-1026.
