30 Minutes of Pilates-Based Fitness • Stretch and strengthen your body in our serene private facility • Small classes, positive atmosphere & professional instructors • Research shows 30 minutes of exercise 3 times per week can strengthen your baby’s heart 30 minutes of Meditation for Labor • Candlelit and set at Sunset with a view of the San Gabriel Valley, and the soothing sound of running water. • Connect with your baby and learn the art of natural pain relief. • Learn how to achieve this kind of relaxation, free of the resistance that fear creates, and you will learn to use your natural birthing instincts for a calm, serene and comfortable birth.
