Hey Yousra!
We are actually starting a group weight loss program in January 2013. The program will consist of 8 weeks, each week a different topic will be discussed to help deal with barriers to loosing weight as well as healthier ways to deal with food. Tentatively, the group will resume on Monday Evenings around 8pm and the cost will be $25 per person. Space is limited, so please e-mail [masked] if you would like to sign up!
