Meet other local people affected by heart disease for education, support, and motivation to make healthy changes.We will have exercises,walks,social outings and fundraising activities

“Survived major heart attack - 29 resuscitations, three stents & triple bypass - in July, 2007. Now talk whenever I can to people about my experiences, especially recovery and CVD prevention. Give regular talks to Cardio Rehab participants.”
