The art of apology addresses the when and how of a sincere apology. This presentation debunks the myth that an apology is a sign of weakness and explains why “sorry” makes a poor apology. Learn the four parts of a sincere apology that can melt an angry heart and learn how it was used to end a series of anti-police protests in the City of Oakland. You will also learn the most important secret of the apology.
