Awesome Italian at 28 zagat OLIVERIO w Amarones

Per the suggestion of several people ( incl an amarone whore) , we are doing an Amarone only at Oliverio , the 28 zagat restaurant at the Avalon Hotel. Champagnes, white burgs etc will be fine to start BUT amarone's only for the reds. If you dont have any, you can get some or trade with larry or Kirk as they have plenty. They both recommended this place. Should be a fun , yet different vibe. Kirk will work w the chef to create for us a special and awesome dining experience

      One of my deliveries came in and I got a 1997 Allegrini Amarone as backup too. Same winemaker as Mark's but diff vintage (his is 99), smaller bottle.
