Every summer, for last few years, the Tender Greens in Hollywood does a whole animal BBQ. This one in May will be pig. And unlike previous years, chef Eric Hulme has emailed me that now theyre going to be the 3rd sundays of every month, MAY thru OCT. It usually works out to about $50-60 per incl tips etc, for all you can eat and all you can drink. We , bring our own wines and no corkage and its always a fun experience. Some months they do whole goats, other months whole boar etc. So lets kick off the summer with some delish whole pig. Yum Yum. PS they are very strict re reservations and will charge no-shows, so if you RSVP , please do so if you are 100% coming. Its 3 months off, so if youre one of those that tends to RSVP wantonly and then Un RSVp, well you guys know who Im refering to, well dont do it here. Matter of fact, dont ever do it again to any din.
