Meditation in Movement is a cross between yoga, meditation and tantra. It is formed by 10 exercises, performed while listening to a relaxing music, to achieve self-awareness, awareness of others and finally a state of balance, fulfillment and internal happiness.
We find it hard to meditate and experience the present moment, because our minds never stop thinking, also when there is no need. Meditation in Movement does exactly this: stops your over-thinking and calms your mind through physical exercises, giving you balance and self confidence. Body, mind and emotions merge into a unique, exciting and intense workout where you will experience the present moment.
This is an original work freely based on Osho body meditation, BioDanza, Tantra, Yoga Kundalini, Chi Kung, Shamanic trance dance and Contact Improvisation.
