Meditation is really for everyone, no matter if you never did it before or if you did it a million times.
Meditation in stillness is an original and effective multi-techniques meditation organised in 4 parts. We will start with a simple guided meditation, followed by a visual or buddhist or shamanic meditation, followed by a mindfulness or zen meditation and we will finish with a yoga or kundalni meditation. Each meditation technique leads naturally into the following technique to achieve maximum benefit in the simplest way. The results are immediate, intense and long-lasting.
