Meditation in Movement is a cross between yoga, meditation and tantra.
It is formed by 10 extremely simple yet powerful exercises, performed while listening to a relaxing music.
We find it hard to meditate, because our minds never stop thinking. Meditation in Movement allows you to stops over-thinking and calms your mind through physical exercises, giving you balance, energy and self confidence.
Body, mind and emotions merge into a unique, exciting and intense workout where you will experience the present moment, achieve self-awareness, awareness of others and finally a state of fulfillment and happiness.
In Meditation in Movement no previous experience is required. Everyone can practice and enjoy the simple exercises.
