Soldiers Delight – East Side Trails

The Hike: This hike is an easy hike just under 3 miles. We will hike the Red, Orange and Yellow Trails (Choate Mine-Red Run-Dolfield Trails) on the EAST side of the park As long as Fido is leashed/well behaved, yes, this hike is pet friendly!

Directions: From I-695 take I-795N via exit 19 toward Owings Mills/Reisterstown. Take exit 7B on Franklin Blvd. west. Turn right on Church Road, left on Berrysman Lane, then left on Deer Park Road. We'll meet in the parking area outside the visitors' center. Look for a) a silver/grey Mazda6 with yak racks, and b) an overexcited brown dog. My best guess is that the address here is 5200 Deer Park Road. Be aware this tends to be a wet trail if it has been raining recently; either boots or extra socks in packs are a good idea. Lunch after is alwways an option.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
