Yoga, Fitness, Hiking and Spa breaks are great ways to look after your health, enjoy the outdoors, meet people and have lots of fun.
We will organize outdoor events and retreats in Kent, with opportunities to walk along the coast such as the Viking Coastal Trails, enjoy indoor and outdoor yoga, aerial yoga, fitness classes/sessions and more. You can also relax in a jacuzzi, infared sauna's or herbal steam and even enjoy massages/beauty therapy.
Typical events would start on the Friday or Saturday, include a one or two night stay, and return to London on the Sunday.
Members are also invited to Suggest Events - hikes, walks, fitness bootcamps, climbing or even just a get together in a pub.
