This is the second series of The Conditioning Hike Training to get your body condition to the weight of your backpack. Non-backpackers are welcome to join. We will walk from Sculpture Park towards Sierra College Blvd and turn around.
Max weight on backpack: 10 lbs
Length of hike: 6 miles
Time: 1-2 hours with rest
Level: Beginners - Intermediate
Speed: At your own pace
Important: Make sure your pack weighs 10bs including water. Drink lots of water the day before. Load up on carbs, the night before.
