Let's get together after work and get some exercise. This is a short, but fast-paced hike to get conditioned for our weekend hikes and upcoming backpacking trips. Please consider the following:
Hike is a 3.5 mile loop
Heavy rain cancels
Please wear good walking shoes, dress in layers and bring at least 1-2 liters of water and 1 (100 calarie snack) to eat midway. Hydration and fuel are important when walking at a fast pace.
Restrooms are in Starbucks
We will meet and leave promptly at 5:30. Please be on time.
