Though we are not arranging for a carpool, post your needs so I can help coordinate and find you a ride (not guaranteed)
One last final yoga retreat before the snow falls. Breakfasts for Saturday and Sunday will be provided.
What makes this a different camping and hiking than others? We refrain from alcohol and loud music. We give ourselves a chance to retreat in order to advance. We observe silence or quality conversations and nourish our bodies with holistic and nourishing foods and energy.
We arrive Friday afternoon and share a meal. Satsang and yoga in the evening (yoga will be deep stretches that is appropriate for all levels.)
Saturday morning, we will practice a gentle flow yoga after breakfast and then hike.
Hiking will be at Lassen Peak – about 35 miles from the campground. There is a $10 parking fee to be shared by the carpoolers. If the peak is not open (due to snow), we will hike the mountain next door, Brokeoff Mountain, very comparable. Please bring proper gear for the hike. Though it is strenuous, we will hike at a very slow pace (Leader’s pace HAH!). Saturday afternoon will be quiet time or a visit to the lake. Info on Lassen Volcano Peak –
