Walking The Camino: Six Ways to Santiago

I am reposting this event for those who could not make it on Thursday.

This movie is about the Camino of Santiago de Compostela in Spain.  This movie is a documentary of a journey of six individuals.

Walking the Camino held it’s world premiere at the Ashland Independent Film Festival in April 2013.

We will view this documentary film at the Varsity Theater in Davis. After the film, we may go to a local casual restaurant for a bite to eat and to discuss the film and talk about our hiking adventures.

Meet in the Theater lobby between 6:15 and 6:30PM. The film starts at 6:40PM. The film is about 90 minutes long.

Tickets are $10.50 cash. For seniors (60+) the price is $8.00 cash.

After the movie, if anyone is interested to go out for an appetizer or dessert either in Davis or Sacramento (Tower Restaurant) but open to the majority rules option.

Thanks for organizing, it was fun to meet up in Davis.
Inspiring film....especially that young mother. My opinion about her changed from the beginning to the end!

It was the perfect way to end the day, after attending a spiritual retreat in Colfax. The Camino, indeed, changed the lives of all who participated and possibly of those who watched the movie.

A nice documentary, I feel I understand the Camino much better now. Something to do in a few years when I retire. Thanks Cecilia for organizing.

I have responded with a 'yes' and if all goes well I will be there. I am on a Lenten retreat most of the day in Colfax, but expect to have an easy ride to Davis by 6:30 pm. See you there.

Wow I would have loved to see the film but have other plans. Do you know where I can view this film or get it on DVD?
