Monday Night Sac State to Watt and Back

There is plenty of parking behind the buildings along Folsom. 

Distance: ~ Approximately 7 miles.

Duration: ~ 2.0 hours or less.

Difficulty: Intermediate (hike is relatively easy, but fast-paced).

Dogs: Dogs on leash allowed.

Facilities: Beginning and end of hike, and sometimes at the half-way point.

Don't forget: WATER, sunscreen and bug repellent as necessary, maybe some cash for brews or dinner if you can persuade others to join!  We leave no later than 6:10, or earlier if everyone who has signed up has arrived, so please call Craig at[masked] if you are going to be late.

    Keith, this is a mixed trail---sidewalk, bike trail and levee. Best to wear a good trail shoe if possible, bring a flashlight and water. We leave at 6:10 sharp.

    hey I live near the area and am interested - is the path paved sidewalk or are we getting on a dirt trail? It will influence my footwear decision. Never did it before so have no idea.
