Marathon Crash Race - Bib Pick-Up Ride

This ride is about cruising, enjoying some conversations, checking out the NoHo Art walls, Burbank statues, pedaling along the LA River Bike Path, being outside on our saddles for a few hours, and to pick up our bibs.

If you are doing the Marathon Crash Race and did not registered, or even if you are not doing the race, you can still join us. It will be a 20-mile ride to Los Angeles and at a steady 10-mph pace. The ride is for Intermediate to  Advance level riders.

After dropping off the registrations & picking up our bibs, we'll head towards Union Station and take the train back to NoHo. Soon after that...time for a nap until we regroup on Sunday at 3:25am for the race!

"The pre-party is an indoor event and bike lockup is provided, but I did not ask if it was free." (Thanks for that info Ceci). There is usually a fee and our bikes should be safe. However, if you have a bike lock bring it just in case. It's a chill ride and hauling a little extra weight will be fine.

I don't know what time we are going to pick up our number for the race but for sure we will be at the starting line come Sunday morning.

It's pretty chaotic at the start but hopefully we will be able to find you guys before we peddle our asses off. Have a fun race everyone! jon

It should be a huge turnout. We'll look for you before you bolt off. Put in a good ride! BTW, loved the picture of your bike in the snow. That was very cool!
