Walk at Unity Village - Lee's Summit -Sunday Afternoon

Walk the hiking and nature trail at Unity Village. This is a loop trail and it will take around 60-75 minutes depending on your speed.  This is a gravel trail that goes through woods, open land, past a lake and along a couple of creeks.  Ticks  are possible so bug spray is recommended.

Leashed dogs are welcome.

We will meet in the labyrinth parking lot.  Please use the linked map to help you find the right lot:
http://www.unityvillage.org/sites/unityvillage.org/files/PDF/UnityVillageCampusMap.pdf  Your gps will get you to Unity but you'll need the map to find the right parking lot.

Hopefully this IA just a leisure hike. I'm fairly new and don't know much about the different types of trails and all that stuff.

thanks David, there's a change of plans since I posted the note and I'll already be in that area earlier, so won't carpool. Thanks for the offer though.

I'd like to meet people north of the river. I've lived very far north, south, and east of the river. In August, I'll be teaching at Park U, so I would like to know more about what fun there is to find. I don't even know how to get to Park U.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
