Who Should Attend: Only hikers who have and are physically capable of hiking 10+ miles at a moderate pace.
Hike Description: This is one of my favorite hikes in the Sandias at the moment. I have named this hike the Horseshoe because when you look at a map, it looks like one. We will meet at the Embudito trailhead and then carpool to the Embudo trailhead where the hike will begin.
Items to Bring:
Traction devices for your boots (optional, but probably not necessary)
Dog Policy: Not allowed this time.
Weather Notice: If inclement weather looks imminent, please check this site 30 minutes prior to 7:45am.
