Conditioning Hike: West Tiger 3

  • Hike start time: 5:00 PM sharp

    Route: Ascend West Tiger 3.  Descend, optionally, via Cable Line

    Ascent distance: 3 miles

    Descent distance via Cable Line: 1.5 miles

    Elevation Gain: 2000 feet

    Hiking Time: ~2.5 hours

    Pace: As a conditioning hike, everyone sets their own pace.  For that reason, this hike is best suited for solo-minded hikers who, if necessary, are comfortable, willing, and able to hike solo especially during the descent.

    Gear: Headlamp and rain gear

    Meeting location: metal gate where the paved road ends and the pot-holed gravel road begins.
