Roundtrip 11.5 miles
Elevation Gain 1550 ft
Highest Point 3800 ft
Pace will be moderate to fast, for frequent hikers in good shape. Not for beginner hikers.
There is a knee-deep stream crossing, so in addition to your hiking boots please bring appropriate footwear for the crossing: closed sandals, sneakers and such (no flip-flops). Also have hiking poles with you for the crossing.
This is an all-day event. We will likely stop for a bite to eat on the way back, so don’t sign up if you need to be back home early evening. I’m not sure what time we’ll be back.
No dogs please.
