" I had a different goal than they saw for my life." - An Evening with Joe Gray

Enjoy the Journey, choose your own path

Do you take your running seriously, but struggle with figuring out what your goals should be? Do you wonder if successful runners set their own goals or just listen to their coach and follow the goals the coach sets? Do you wonder how runners stay motivated?

Come join 8 time US National Champion Runner, Joe Gray for an evening as he discusses goals and motivation.

Joe grew up in Lakewood Washington, his career has seen steady progress, from running on the US Junior Team in the 1990's to his recent win at the USATF Cross Country meet in Bend in December 2013. Joe is a member of Seattle based Club Northwest and is sponsored by Scott Sports http://www.blogger.com/goog_744130894

Joe is a big believer in setting your own goals, the ones that matter to you and not blindly following someone elses path, so come join him as he shares his insights.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
