If you hike trails like Mount SI, Mailbox Peak, and Rattlesnake Ledge and hundreds more managed by the DNR, you need a new pass !!!

There is an exemption to the Discover Pass and that is the Vehicle Access Pass. Anyone who has purchased a Washington State hunting or fishing license after June 1 would/will receive this pass at no extra charge. This Vehicle Access Pass can be used in place of the Discover Pass.

Beginning July 1, the Discover Pass is required for vehicle access or parking on Washington state parks and recreation lands. Note: Current Vehicle Use Permits
Permits will be honored on WDFW lands for the balance of the license year (through March 31, 2012).

After this date you will need the Discover Pass.
