Wow, what a great time we had. The huts were much nicer than I imagined, the weather was outstanding, the company was great and Mike Davis, aka, the hut fairy, went way out of his way to make sure we had a great time. We spent 6 days backpacking to huts and day hiking in the area near the huts. We also went to the "Spa of the Rockies" in Glendale, Co and topped the trip off by summiting Mt. Elbert, the second highest peak in the lower 48 states! Except for Jeff who had done Mt. Elbert so hiked to Mt. Massive, a 14teener right next door to Elbert! Awesome Trip!!!
