Annual Meeting and Catered Picnic

Join us for our Annual Meeting and Beginning of Summer Picnic at Park Road Park Shelter #1 at 6:15 pm for lots of good food and fellowship!

Food will be served at 7:00 pm

This is our annual club meeting, so to celebrate we are having another Berg catered picnic. The Club will provide pork BBQ, grilled chicken, cole slaw, pasta salad, chips and sweet iced tea.

Attendees please bring appetizers, other side dishes or desserts AND drinks.  If you can bring something to share, feel free to note what you are bringing.

We will have a supply of plates, cups, etc., but would like to encourage our members and guests to bring reusable items from home. This will reduce our waste.

Also feel free to bring any outdoor games to play.

We will start gathering at 6:15 and eat at 7

 

Come on out and be part of the largest Berg gathering of the year!

Please RSVP by June 13 so we can order enough food for everyone

ALSO Note:  We'll also have an outdoor gear sale/swap at the picnic so if you have gear you're not using anymore, bring it to the picnic.

    A nice setting near the lake in Park Road Park. Generous amounts of barbecue and chicken were supplied by the club, and members brought a wide variety of appetizers, salads, vegetables and desserts. Business was conducted briefly and efficiently.
