Crowders Mountain After Work Hike

5 mile moderate hike after work
We'll start at the Linwood Access parking lot, go up the back steps(all 333 of them!), across the Rocktop Trail and back around to the parking lot on the Crowders Trail.
Disclaimer: The first 1/2 mile of this trail is rather steep, after that not so much.
We average about 2 1/2- 3 miles per hour on the hike, although everyone is welcome to come and hike at their own pace. This is mostly a training type hike so we don't take a lot of breaks.
