What we’re about

The group is best suited for experienced hikers.

Our hikes tend to be between 17 to 20 miles, with lots of climbing.

Expect an average moving pace of around 3 mph.

We regroup at trail junctions, but other than lunch, we don't take many other breaks.

Please keep in mind that the hikes the led by the organizers, who wish to share their favorite hikes with others. They do not have special leadership or first-aid training.

Participants release the organizers and other participants from all liability. Each hiker is responsible for their own actions and safety.

Bring at least 2 to 3 quarts of water, lunch and snacks. Walking poles also helpful for the steep hills.

Check the website the morning of the hike to make sure there are no last minute change.

We depart promptly at the scheduled time.

Members that repeatedly no-show or cancel at the last minute will be dropped from the group.
