New Meetup: Fast paced exploration of Mt. Tam, 20-25 miles, 5000'+ climbing

Announcing a new Meetup for Marin and Sonoma Distance Hikers!

What: Fast paced exploration of Mt. Tam, 20-25 miles, 5000'+ climbing

When: July 12,[masked]:30 AM

The Mountain Home Inn
810 Panoramic Hwy
Mill Valley, CA 94941

Join me on a fast paced (2.75+ mph) 20-25 mile hike on Mt. Tam.
I'm still working out the details, but the tentative route is Mtn Home -> Muir Woods -> Stinson Beach -> East Peak. I want to get in a couple of steep climbs, so if it's not too hot, we'll leave Stinson via Willow Camp, traverse across the north side to Lake Lagunitas, and get to East Peak via Collier Springs.
Expect 5000' to 6000' of climbing. Willow Camp and Collier Springs are both around 2000' climbs.
Bring food, water and $$ for snacks at East Peak and Stinson.
It will be a long day, so we'll depart promptly at 8:30.
As usual, all are welcome, but please be comfortable with the pace and distance.
