Hike Temescal Canyon

Greetings all my next hike is going to be to Temescal Canyon. The hike is a loop about 4.5 miles long with about 1000 feet of elevation gain/loss. The trail is an easy slope. There is a nice waterfall, may not be any water though. Apleasent hike none the less. To get there take the 10 west to where it becomes Pacific Coast Highway. Take PCH north to to Temescal Canyon and turn right. Take Temescal Canyon till it ends at Sunset B. Go through the intersection and park in the lot. It costs about $7 to do this. You can also find parking along Temescal Canyon Bl or Sunset Bl, be careful of the no parking zones though. hope to see you there Norman

Please be sure to inform all regarding the stop sign inside the property. People get tickets close to $200 for not coming to a complete stop.

Shoot -- now I'm not sure I can go on tomorrow's hike. I'm stuck at the office and I need to work tomorrow. I'll let you know.

I'm bringing my 2 sons, who are 7 and 10. They're young but they've done hikes many times.
