Hey Erin, I'd told you I could give you a ride to a hike...I think I thought it was on Nov. 7 but now I'm thinking it was Nov. 20. If it is Nov. 20, then I have just learned that I'll be out of town on work travel. Sorry! It seems like there are a lot of people signed up so hopefully you can get a ride still. Look forward to hiking with you another time.

I'm sorry, I thought that I had changed my RSVP because I hurt my knee about 6 weeks ago. I'm glad you e-mailed me so I could change it. Unfortunately, I won't be doing strenuous hikes for a while. Hope you can find another ride.

To get to the hike (on the 24th) by 9am I need to leave Vienna by 645am at the latest and because it is so early you might not be able to 'ride the metro' there - don't think option will work well for Metro riders.

I will be passing DC around 7:15 to 7:20 (it can be earlier if needed)
can you contact the other 2 people that needs a ride so we can all meet at the same time/place?

Should be no problem to give you a ride for the Nov. 7 hike. I live very close to the Silver Spring metro stop so that would be the best place to meet up. Let's touch base again on specifics as we get closer to the date.

Erin.... let me know what the best place I can pick you up by the public transportation and I let me think about it.

Erin, How about we meet outside the 7-11 across from the Ballston metro at 8:15? That should give us plenty of time.
