THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AT 2:30!
If you're reading this I can tell that you may be coming down with a nasty bug on Thursday and need to take the afternoon off to rest. Then again, exercise is also good to drive away the nastys. I have a solution!
Let's meet at the Scottish Woods entrance to the Barton Creek Greenbelt and proceed to explore Dave’s alternate route down to the creek. We’ll head upstream once we hit the creek, cross and go downstream then cross again and come back and hopefully find the same path to take back up the hill about 2 to 2.5 hours later.
Directions: From south MoPac, take the Loop 360 exit and head west. Turn left at the light at the intersection of 360 and Scottish Woods Trail. The road on the other side of 360 from Scottish Woods Trail is called Westbank Drive. It’s the road Westlake High School is on. Drive down Scottish Woods Trail until you get to a 'T' section in the road. The entrance to the Barton Creek Greenbelt is just to the right of the 'T' intersection of Scottish Woods Trail and Camp Craft Road.
