Evening Hike at Land's End in San Francisco (2.7 mi)

  • Apr 6, 2009 · 6:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Spring has sprung which means there is more daylight for some short afterwork evening hikes. This will be an easy loop trail, with minimal elevation gain, stretching about 2.7 miles. We'll walk through Land's End, to Eagle Point Overlook, then loop back. I'll be at the interpretive poster at the North edge of the Merrie Way Parking lot, wearing a black cap. I hope to see you there! ~Cory

P.S. Please note: this hike is not part of the Bay Area Ridge Trail

I had never done this trail before -- an easy walk with excellent views! And the company was also excellent!

Thanks Ron and Kathryn for joining me on the first of a series of evening afterwork hikes. There are some amazing views along the walk to Eagle Point!

    Sure thing Shequita--
In the event description above is the title "Location"
    1) click "Sutro Bath Ruins East Parking Lot" for the web page with directions link/map of the parking lot meeting point.
    2) click "Directions" and type in your starting address for directions from whereever you are coming from. I just tested it so it should work fine. If you run into a snag let me know and I'll email you directly. -C

I'm new to the area and tried finding the location via mapquest and google maps with no success. May I have some directions?
