Yosemite Camping! 8/10 (Women Only)

RSVP for THIS Meetup to camp the night of Friday 8/10.

Women only, sorry guys!

Can't make the backpacking trip?  Can't take an entire week off of life?  Then join us for a long weekend (or a regular weekend) camping in Yosemite after our backpacking trip!

We have a group campsite reserved in Hodgdon Meadow, by the Big Oak Flat Entrance (off of 120, north side of park).  This is a great location to visit all the park - ~40 minutes to the Valley and ~60 minutes to Tuolomne Meadow.  (The park has zero group sites in the Valley, so Hodgdon is our best choice for easy access to everything the park has to offer.)

You must provide your own transportation (carpools can be arranged, please use the comments section), tent, sleeping bag & pad, food, stove, camp chair, etc.  Gear is available for rent at REI or you can rent from Dena.  Rental info and pricing here.

Cost is $6 per person per night.  If you come for all 4 nights, cost is $21 per person.  Cost includes camping and firewood (for evenings).  Payments via PayPal to [masked].  Other payment options must be arranged in advance. Your space is not guaranteed until payment is received.

You can join us for the long weekend, Thursday 8/9 - Monday 8/13, or come for the nights that work for you.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RSVP APPROPRIATELY.

I'm still looking for carpoolers! I'll be driving out Friday, probably leaving Richmond around noon or 1. I plan to come back on Sunday. My car is small but so far it's just me and my dog. If you'd like to share with us, please let me know!
