You may want to leave early to do some of the driving scenic/overlook stops along the way to the hike.  Save Mammoth Hot Spring Terraces till after the hike so we can all go together. Just plan your time accordingly.

The Hike: We'll start at the Bunsen Peak Trailhead that is about about 3 miles south of the Mammoth on The Grand Loop Rd (89).   We'll do the loop clockwise with a side trip to Osprey Falls. For route details see : CLICK HERE

Parking & Meeting Point: Park in the parking lot  for the Bunsen Peak Trailhead that is about about 3 miles south of Mammoth on The Grand Loop Rd (89). There may not be a sign for it so I will try come early and stand at the entrance to it from the Grand Loop Rd.

Optional After Hike Event : On the way back to a restaurant TBD we'll at least stop at the Mammoth Hot Spring Terraces and then at the Upper and Lower Falls in Canyon Village at least.
