HIKING PASSPORT - RED ROCK CANYON EDITION

...includes 100 hikes in the Red Rock area only.   From easy to strenuous!   This is a passport includes hikes for the entire family, for your pets, rappelling adventures, GEO caching and yes, even some peaks! I tried to create something where everyone becomes involved in hiking.

You do not need to have a Passport to hike with this group.  Feel free to have fun and make lots of friends and learn a little along the way too.

THE RULES

There’s really not any so called ‘rules’ for your passport.

Complete a hike and ‘stamp and date’ it!

You may purchase your own stamp or purchase one on hikingpassports.com

You may go with an organizer from one of these Meet Up groups and acquire a stamp from them.

Hiking Passports

Hiking with a "Twist" - Organized by Twisted Jeff

This group is all about adding a little more to the hike than just the "normal" hike.

Whenever we can add a little twist!

Hiking Las Vegas - Organized by Branch Whitney

Home of the 52 Peak Club

All Seasons Hiking, Walking & Camping Group -
Organized by Deb Cooper

She started this group because she wants to expand her love of the outdoors to include much more than just the Las Vegas area.

***I SUGGEST THAT YOU JOIN THESE GREAT GROUPS!

The leaders that have a PASSPORT STAMP will have STAMP in their title on the Meet Up groups.  You bring your passport on the hike and you'll get it "stamped" by the leader!

(Suggested $1 donation for your stamp.)

A dollar donation is always appreciated but never mandatory.

You may acquire as many stamps as you wish in a day. Some hikes will get you two stamps.

Go at your own pace to acquire the stamps. It’s on the honor system. No race is needed.

When you have completed the book, go to this link -

www.hikingpassports.com

and CONTACT US and I'll update the Hall of Fame.

You will be listed in the Hall of Fame on HikingPassports.com

The passports cost $25 (a portion of the proceeds is being donated to Red Rock Search and Rescue, National Parks and the Pacific Crest Trail PCT) and can be purchased on various hikes or through hikingpassports.com.

We will be offering hikes of all styles.  Easier to strenuous peaks!

Always read the ENTIRE description to see if you are ready for the hiking difficulty.

We will be offering camping and backpacking trips too.

Do you have an idea?  Send a note to us.

We look forward to many fun hiking times together!

Safety first - having fun second!

Not all the hikes listed will be in the Passport, the ones that are listed in the Passport will be marked in the hike description!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
