Great Workout, enjoyed the company and the weather cooperated, just a light sprinkle.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this group. Last weekend I did a great 10K group hike through Tryon Creek State Park (near Lewis & Clark College). Maybe there would be some interest in hiking there in the future? There are moderate inclines, but really interesting trails. This one sounds a bit out of my ability range... so hope to meet some of you in the near future.

Hello everyone looks like we will have strong turn out. I have 3 drivers including my self. We will still need about 3 more depending on final turn out. We can work out the rides Sat morning so please be on time or a little early so we can role out close to 8. We need some time to postion cars at the 2 trail heads. Thanks Luis

Hi everyone well only 10 days away to hike day. Need to start organizing some rides. So if you can drive please let me know.
Please follow the link above and take a look and consider your ability and think about what option best fits you. I have not done this hike yet so I am going by the site info and welcome to any other input like Mark has added. As he said it's not easy and the site rates it moderate so for some this may be moderate-difficult.

The hike sounds like it might be a little hard for me since I'm just a beginner. Maybe another time that's a littler easier.

I was talking with a co-worker who has done the hike a few times. He said there are sections that are steep enough to be a scramble using your hands to make it up or down. So I would consider the hike intermidate to advanced not easy. Milage can be from 5-10.6 depending on the option we choose. I will add details soon.
