A group of us are getting together for a fun Saturday workout in Columbia Heights, near the Metro involving bellydance and other fusion moves. You do NOT need to be a dance expert or to memorize routines. Just move to the beat for fun an excercise! A leader will move and you can follow sort of like that other famous dance excercise that begins with a Z !
** Note: this dance is done in a studio barefoot, no shoes or socks. You can bring a coin scarf or regular scarf to tie around your waist, it helps to see the hip line.
