Introduction
CIAO everybody!! I have been the co-instructor since the first year (1999) in the San Gemini Historic Preservation Studies Program.
Are you a San Gemini: Alumnus (year)/ Faculty/ Applicant 2008 / Prospective Student / Other?
instructor, teaching conservation/restoration of stone, wall paintings, wooden artifacts as well as traditional paintings techniques
Where do you live or study?
I am a graduated restorer at the ICR (Institute of Restoration in Rome). I was born in Greece, but I live in Rome, Italy and work both for Italian and international institutions in whatever part of the world there are interesting works of art to be restored
In what field do you study or work?
restoration of natural and "artificial"stone artifacts, mural paintings, panel paintings, and paintings on canvas.
What are your interests in Historic Preservation and restoration?
As above. Moreover, having the possibility to teach in different parts of the worlds, I am very interested to the "cultural confrontation" that this involves.
Why are you interested in the San Gemini Historic Preservation Studies Program?
It is the perfect situation: a nice place, nice people, generally speaking a good quality of life, and even though the program demands a great deal of energies, the result repay for the hard work!

Come stai? Come vedi io sono cambiato parecchio. 16 anni fà mi sono trasferito negli stati uniti e da qui mi occupo della mia struttura in Umbria.
Dove sarai a Giugno? Visto cha sarò in Italia per tutto il mese mi farebbe piacere fare una rimpatriata con te e Davide. Tu non sei mai stato alla nostra villa di Corciano, se ben mi ricordo.

oh dear! that's so sad! well I will try and get to see you over the summer, im trying to do a work program in ireland, and if it works out, maybe ill come over to rome for a weekend or something...lol
