Learn tools to measure your baseline happiness, well-being, resilience and optimism, and practices for working with negative emotions and forming enriching connections with others. Emiliya is one of the first 100 people to hold a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania (where the field began). This lab enhances our capacity to think, feel and act expansively, flexibly and resiliently, and have fun doing it.
