DAY 5 (LAST DAY!) of the FIVE-DAY HABIT CHALLENGE

Hello Excellent Happiness Folks!

Congratulations on completing your LAST DAY! of the five-day habit challenge!!!

What habits did you work on?! I asked you in a survey and here are some habits that you said:
1. walking
2. Visualize and practice my strengths.
3. I wanted to get the house clean, but I guess it's not a habit. Needless to say, the house isn't clean. It's hard to do that when you get home after work at 7pm. I'll try to go on a cleaning spree over the weekend.
4. Meditation for 15 minutes
5. Practicing piano and singing
6. My habit is about "learning," Senia. I've tried to spend a dedicated chunk of the past several days either attending a class, reading a non-fiction book, etc, etc.
7. I have returned to writing on my blog!
8. Letting go of things and decluttering.

Were these habits 1) work, 2) non-work, 3) both work and not-work? You answered 12.5% non-work and 87.5% both work and not-work.
