The purpose of this group
is to motivate Beginner
Runners and Advanced
Runners
to run a 5K/10K/13.1
miles
Race in 13 weeks.
We will teach the methods
we have acquired and
learned to obtain this goal.
3 Graduates of this
program went on to run a
half marathon in 2 hours
and 26 minutes.
