breathe, explore & soak in the healing water of Orr Springs

MY INTENTION in creating this group is to, first of all, share and make available this work that I so deeply love, and let interested people know that i am holding workshops on regular basis at the beautiful location of Orr Hot Springs in Ukiah and, sometimes, in the San Francisco Area too.

WHAT IS HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK?
Holotropic Breathwork was developed by Dr. Stanislav and Christina Grof to help people access deep inner wisdom and liberate the innate healing potential existing within each of us.
It combines insights from ancient spiritual practices, modern consciousness research, and depth psychology.
Through deeper breathing, evocative music, focused bodywork, and a safe environment, one is able to bring to consciousness experiences that transform and heal.

During a breathwork session one can access many aspects of human experiences. One can have sensory-body felt experiences of great release, revisit and complete unresolved emotional issues from our youth, including circumstances surrounding our birth. In a similar way, one can also connect with the collective unconscious and the wisdom contained in it.

WHO CAN BENEFIT?
Holotropic Breathwork is a highly experiential work recommended for those interested in their personal transformation and spiritual growth through deep inner exploration. Stan’s Grof basic concept is that the wisdom of our ‘inner healer’ will direct us and bring to our consciousness what is best and most healing for us at any given moment.

SONIA TELLE ~ M.A is a licensed Somatic Psychotherapist. She enjoys working in private practice with individuals, couples and families. Sonia is a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator, she offers workshops in Northern California and has worked with GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training) in the US, Mexico and Europe.
