About Class: This class is NOT a food demo, I repeat, this class is NOT a food demo. Get ready for an interactive hands-on cooking experience! You will have a station and cooking with your bare hands...and knives :)

- We recommend comfortable shoes/sneakers, non-slip preferred. No heels.
- An apron will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
- If you want to bring a snack or bottle of wine to share with the group, all is welcomed! No corkage fees.

ABOUT WAIT-LIST: Once a class has sold out, names will be taken for a waitlist in case of cancellation. Waiting list are made on first-come, first-basis. However, if there is sufficient interest, an additional section of the class can be added the following month.
72 HOUR REFUND POLICY: You have 72 hrs prior to the cooking class date to cancel your RSVP to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you have passed the 72 hour margin, unless spot is able to be filled from wait-list. You may send someone in your place. We can try to email the group members to sell your tickets, but we don't guarantee refunds if we don't find a replacement. Recipes will be posted on the website. GIFT CERTIFICATES/PROMOS: Homemade Chefs and Roho Kitchen gift certificates, unless otherwise specified, may be redeemed at any time toward cooking classes. The value equals the amount paid when purchased and is not redeemable for cash. Our standard class policies mentioned above apply when gift certificates are used as payment for classes. Please be advised that donated classes (for auctions, raffles, charities, etc) expire one year from date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
Homemade Chefs and Roho Kitchen reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting attendee enrollment standards, to change recipes or to substitute instructor and organizers.

We are located right off I-595 (South), between Pine Island Rd (Exit 4) and University Dr (Exit 5). Look for "8300 Plaza" along State Road 84. If you are in the Publix or Round-Up Shopping Center, you are lost! Reroute, we are located east from there. Finding it for the first time can be a little tricky. Leave early just incase. If you find yourself in a dessert, don't hesitate to call us at[masked]-2895.
Coming from West to East on I-595 , Exit Pine Island but continue on State Rd 84 heading East, pass Pine Island light (pass the 7-11 Store on right) and make second right @ 8300 Plaza (Brownish looking buildings). We are located between FEDUSA and Moda Hair, big parking area in between. Our entrance is on the end side of the building NOT the front. Look for a bright red awning. You can park anywhere there.
Coming from East to West on I-595 , Exit Pine Island and stay on your left lane and make a U-turn like if you are trying to get back on the highway but you are actually getting on State Rd 84 heading East. Make second right @ 8300 Plaza (Brownish looking buildings). We are located between FEDUSA and Moda Hair, big parking area in between. Our entrance is on the end side of the building NOT the front.
