Free - Canning 101

In this class, we will go over the steps to pressure canning, and water bath methods.
Pressure canning is different from water-bath canning, and the only safe method to can low-acid food such as fresh veggies, meat, soups/stews, etc.
Learn how to make your every day foods more shelf stable.

Class will cover the equipment, time, pressure and temperature for the different kinds of foods that most folks like to can, what foods are best for canning.
This class is being held inside the Del Mar Fairgrounds, if you made it to one of our prior classes, it's the same location!
