Come down to Suzie’s Farm to learn how to make fermented garlic dill pickles and fermented ketchup!
10:00-11:00am Intro to Food Fermentation and Ketchup-making workshop (MORNING session)
11:00am-1:00pm Pickle as you Like- stop by the pickling station any time to fill your own jar with fresh cucumbers, dill, garlic, and brine. You’ll get to take it home to ferment!
PICK ONE of the ticket options to reserve your spot in EITHER the morning or afternoon ketchup sessions. Then, take your time to enjoy the peaceful farm setting, and show up any time between 11:00am and 1:00pm to make and take home your own pickles.
Ticket price gets you a pass into the workshop, a quart-sized mason jar of pickles to take home, and a half-pint mason jar of ketchup.
