Sustain La Mesa Environmental Festival

The Environmental Sustainability Commission presents the 5th Annual "Sustain La Mesa" Environmental Festival on Saturday October 27, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Harry Griffen Park. The festival features:

• Booths & exhibits for all ages
• Hands on Hydroponics Workshop and Live Demonstrations
• "Our Planet, Our Home" K-12 Environmental Literacy & Art Awards
• Expert speakers all day

The "Our Planet, Our Home" K-12 Environmental Literacy & Art Contest is now open to students through 10/16/12. See the flyer and the contest entry form with guidelines.

Help La Mesa track trees! The interactive San Diego County Tree Map is now available at and can be updated by the public.
