Installed a Constructed wetland which supports a wide diversity of aquatic life including dragonfly larva, tadpoles, frogs, diving beetles, and many other native aquatic organisms. Water from the constructed wetland is used for all current irrigation needs, supplying a drip system to a garden and 50 fruit trees. 10,000 gallon pond/rainwater caatchment/Koi system. 1 inch of rain yields about 1000gal. Due to the constantly changing water levels during the year a liner was designed that withstands sunlight exposure and has other superior characteristics to commercially available liners. shoulder high permaculture orchard.
