The Value of Peer Coaching, Mentoring, Supervision Coaching and ReciproCoach

  • Jun 25, 2013 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

As a professional coach or as a coach-in-training, do you have a coach, a mentor coach or a supervisor? How does that help you develop personally and professionally? What stops you from using those services either formally through structured organisations (like ReciproCoach) or informally with peer groups and masterminds?

In this group discussion, we'll have a conversation about the benefits, values and obstacle of peer coaching, mentoring coaching and supervision, including an introduction to the ReciproCoach system, and how we can use it more effectively for both personal and professional development.

About the Conversation Leader:

Angela Spaxman, CMC (IAC) is one of the pioneers of professional coaching in Hong Kong. She was the Founding President of HKICC and also the international President of the International Association of Coaching. Angela runs a thriving career and leadership coaching business called Loving Your Work, she promotes corporate mindfulness training under the banner of The Potential Project and she teaches coaching part-time at HKU SPACE Executive Diploma in Corporate Coaching.

Individual Price: HK$150 for non-HKICC members / Free for HKICC members

It's a wonderful gathering with coaches and we have learnt from Angela about reciprocoach as a supportive resource for coach development. Thanks!
